"Return policy miss-stated: I'm disgruntled because a DMS employee I spoke with on the phone today told me I cannot return or get a refund on a portable commode I purchased that is still in its original unopened/sealed box. I also bought other items to go with it and those we can use, but It turns out the family member I purchased the commode for was given one already. On your webpage, it says "unopened personal items" are eligible for return. I find this deceiving and inaccurate."
