"I had a very sweet person that helped me her name is Azair loved her, she was very helpful ,very much. I received a box that was so missed up someone banded and taped it together. When I opened it there where only 3 pcs in it. I called Azair and sent her pictures of how bad it was. I talked to a nurse and she told me not to buy. so the next day not a week or two after I tried to cancel. Christina I think was so rude to me I will never buy from DISCOUNT MEDICAL SUPPLIES AGAIN. YOU do not care about your customers at all. I have bought many things from you and if I can't return things even when things are not my fault your box was demolished and parts missing. Not my fault. I did not take my replacement mostly because of your sales person. WE BOTH HAD GOT RUDE. IF you can't take back things I no longer want to deal with you. I will go to Walmart where there is no trouble returning things. If I had talked to her again I would still be there but not worth this. I have a 91 and a 89 year old and I am 63 no time for this. "
