"I ordered 2 items. The first one was shipped to a different state. I them called it about it and they thanked
me for calling and they said that wouldn't have known otherwise. I then ended up with 2 of that item.
The second item was back ordered but I was never told until I called there asking about it. A couple of weeks later I called there and asked them to cancel it. I was told they would but it would take a couple of days. I said ok. A little while later I got an email saying it was shipped with a tracking nbr. I called back to let them know that was okay and I would keep it. A day later when I went in to track it I found out that it had been returned to shipper. I waited a while figuring I would get a credit. When I hadn't heard anything I called there and was told they show no record of a credit. She said she would check on it and would get back to me. Later the same day I got a credit on the same card I paid it with but they charged a restocking fee which was about a third of what I paid. I feel their customer service is really bad as is their service overall."
