I tried to find out about that so-named service, and it did not exist. After several searches, I discovered that the tracking number was actually from United Parcel Service. Why couldn't that small, but vital detail be apart of the email you sent regarding my order? Why the vague "express courier service"? How did you expect me to track the shipping of my order if you didn't name the actual shipping company, and didn't email the tracking number until my cane had already been delivered?
