"Horrible customer service, I purchased a Radio off eBay from them and after I received it, it would not function properly, I contacted them, they were cordial and agreed to accept it back.
Keep in mind that in their Auction and included in the Packaging was a statement/request that if there is any problem, contact them FIRST and do NOT go through eBay if there is a concern. This is the first Red Flag I should have noticed...
I asked for a Return Shipping Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label. It was explained to me that they did not issue return shipping labels and that the Buyer paid the return shipping BUT THEY WOULD REFUND THE SHIPPING PAID UP TO $15.00. Like a fool I believed them, shipped the Radio back at an expense of $11.30 and now they refuse to pay me back. They state that my Radio works for them and so it must not have been defective therefore, no return on Shipping Expenses paid out. They even brag that they sold my Radio to someone else already. AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED TO ME THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE RADIO!
Nice service, designed to save themselves money and to heck with the Buyer.
All who read this please be aware that this is the type of unscrupulous conduct you can expect from Discountoemradios. Read the fine print before buying from them.

"Bought a radio from these people off of Ebay and it said it was "tested and every function worked" but the CD player locked up on the first try, showed an error message, and the face was damaged right out of the box. Sent it back the same day for them to repair it. They had the unit back in their hands 5 1/2 weeks ago today, still waiting for the repair.
For the last 15 days they would not even respond. I just opened a case with Ebay today. You can do that even if it is after the 30 day protection period.
Go look at these guys on the BBB website where you will see an "F" rating and lots of interesting comments.... I just filed a complaint on there myself."
"won a ebay bid on a radio for my 2007 Ford, received the radio very quick however there was a big problem with it. There was a sticky substance (soda pop) on it and had it all over the face plate. Buttons were very sticky and I will not accept it. I called got a RMA on it and they argued with me that they clean every radio before shipping it. After I paid the shipping and they got it they emailed me to call them (they have my # but won't call). I called and they told me the radio was perfect, that it was oil on the radio not pop and was not sticky. I told them I am not arguing with them just ship me a different radio, they said ok. I got the radio back and guess what?? It was the same damn radio, there is a serial # and I wrote it down before shipping it, and still had sticky buttons. I called them back, they told me I have no clue what pop would do to a radio, hello it is an electronic device so I shipped it back after Paypal sided with me, only issue is I had to pay the shipping. I hope these losers go out of business, do not buy from them they are horrible and have no clue what they are doing. Check their BBB rating it is a F"
"I purchased a Mitsu Lancer radio from them on eBay and I realised I had made an mistake. After which I sent it back to them and requested for a refund. They were still friendly at that point and asked me to filled out a RMA form. 2 weeks passed and there was no reply at all, email or eBay. I continued to wait till the 45days dispute limit for Paypal, which was a terrible idea. I should not have trusted them. They continued not to reply me till, I filed a complaint on BBB and they finally responded but refused to refund the original price (minus shipping). You know what sort of business they run over there."
"I won the action for a 2005 Acura Radio on eBay. Upon receiving the radio it was not installed until 20 days after the arrival of the shipment. Upon installation the radio was found to be broken. During this time I called and emailed and called and was always given the runaround. I finally was given an RMA # The item was shipped back via USPS with delivery receipt. From 6-2-10 until 6-23-11 the company Discount OEM Radios in Ga has not returned calls nor have they worked to solve this issue.
They will stall and stall and stall you. They claim they never received the radio.
The reason for this complaint is this company continues to this day to defraud consumers by selling radios that are knowingly defective and or alleged to be stolen from other areas. There is plenty of information available on the internet backing up claims of fraud

"I order a radio off eBay. It arrived defective. I was sent another radio. It also was defective. I returned both radios to them under the impression I would be sent a third or be refunded. This was 8 months ago. They do not return phone calls or emails. I highly discourage anyone from dealing with this company.

I sent 6 emails and called daily for over a month to find out why I have not received my refund without any satisfaction. After 6 months I am still waiting for my money. They would not even resond to paypal or the better business bureau. Before doing business with them please review their negative feedback and also see their "F" rating by the better business bureau. Extremely poor customer service when there is a problem."

In retrospect, I should have disputed the transaction immediately with E-Bay and PayPal, rather than following their return policy. I am out $47 for the stereo and $14 for shipping."
