"Won a radioo on ebay, got it in the mail, cd player would not eject. Sent it back, discount radio said he cd player in the radio worked, said nothing about it ejecting. Got a notification that a replacement will be sent out on Sept 16th. I have not gotten anything in the mail, or email regarding where my money has gone. I am out $71.00"
"They have never returned a phone call and now they have stopped replying to e-mails. They did promised me a refund on Jan 2, but have sense stopped returning my many attempts to e-mail. They shipped the the first radio in Oct, it was damaged, after UPS refunded them they shipped finally shipped another one, it was packaged exactly the same way, it arrived broken in exactly the same way. This time they said I needed to contact UPS... Eventually (Jan 2) they fainally replied and said they got the UPS refund and they would refund me (see below). I never got a refund. They got money for 3 radios but I have never got a refund....
If you need their help, they are likely to simply ignore you. The have ignored repeated phone calls and emails from me.
This is the last response I received from them on Jan 2, despite many e mails and phone calls:

-------- update --------
Feb 5 2008
Today I receive a (partial) refund. They did credit back to my PayPal the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges. I assume that when UPS gave them a refund that UPS would also refund the shipping.
I did e-mail DiscountOEMradios asking them to refund the remaining $16. I will update this when I get a reply and or refund...."
"I bought a radio from this company and the light burned out in an hour. I sent it back and they take a 10% restocking fee and I still lost $16.00 for shipping. I lost over $20.00 total in this transaction and I got nothing for it. They sell junk used radios."
