"I ordered a controller adapter for Divineo over a year ago, they never sent it. Only once have I received an answer to my numerous questions from the customer service. They asked for proof of payment which I delivered only to never hear from them again. Do not order anything from this store. It is a scam."
"Ordered an item wich was 81£ by the way, around 130$, on the UK store.
Been waiting for 3 weeks for an awnser or a status update on the website. Sent at least 3 emails asking for some feedback and got nothing.
Finally after 3 and half weeks of waiting they canceled my order for no reason(maybe because i sent an email to the Us store saying if they didn't awnser me whithin the next few days i would file a complain on Directgov lol) and i'm still waiting for the refund.
The CC i used expired this month so i have no idea how they are going to do so, contacting them wont work i mean, i've been sending emails for the past 3 weeks and go no awnser why should they awnser now?

"I forgot to leave a review here for an M3DS Simply that I purchased from Divineo a few years ago. They had a $5 sale at the time, and I thought it'd be a great time to invest in a Slot-1 flash cart. Placed the order, received confirmation pretty quickly. Received product in about a week or two (I'm located in Toronto, Canada) in a pretty nice bubble envelope. Product works perfectly, and is genuine. My girlfriend is using it now, but it works amazingly well after over three years. Spring on the cart works fine, and overall, my experience with them was great."
"Ordered a Ghost case V2 and Talismoon Whisper max for my Xbox 360... " Good packing and everything eventually came in new cond...". I was still a little dissapointed that it took about two weeks but it was a collect on delivery so it's understandable. Shipping was 20.00 dollars and I find that alot, so if you order from them make sure you have a larger order because the shipping price is really always the same. "I ordered a CK 3+ Probe from this store and I became a bit skeptical due to these reviews but I got the product. Yet, my order was not shipped out within 24 hours as they stated on the website it would be. It took about 2 days for them to ship it out. I ordered Fedex Express shipping which is a costs a lot but it was worth it, since other shipping options take about 2 or 3 weeks. Overall, the product was shipped on the 25th and I had it in my hands by the 26th at 9:57am. Keep in mind that this was coming from Canada so I was surprised that it went through Customs that fast. Also, I heard some reports of items being seized by Customs which cause me to worry. But overall, the transaction was pretty smooth and fast due to the Fedex Express shipping. Also, Divineo had the best price on the CK 3 + Probe."
"Be careful with these guys. I have had two issues with Divineo the last month that required me to deal with customer service. They reply to my emails very quickly but really don't help (might as well be an auto responder for all they are worth.) The could not help me reset my password when their automated system was down and then after I ordered a simple 360 repair kit; I only received part of the order. I emailed customer service and 5 emails later they still won't complete my order. I have dealt with them in the past with no problems but I guess I was just lucky; I will probably not be buying from them again if there is a better alternative even if it cost a few more dollars. "
"My experience ordering from Divineo was good.
I ordered the Max Shooter device for Xbox 360 on Nov.16, and received confirmation of the order on Nov.17. I received a tracking number on Nov.18, and received my item on Nov.20. I also asked Divineo a question through email, and they replied to me in about half an hour.
I should point out that I had ordered via C.O.D. (collect on delivery), in which the delivery courier delivers your item to your door, but you have to pay the receipt of your item to the delivery guy in order to take it. This service worked out well for me. However, I have never tried ordering things from Divineo with a credit card, paypal etc. so I cannot speak of such experiences.
I should also point out that I live in Canada. I noticed that a number of previous reviews claimed that shipping took a long time. I am led to believe that this is because of various customs delays. Since Divineo is based in Canada, shipping within Canada should be quite fast. However, since I have only ordered once through Divineo, take my words with a grain of salt. Your mileage may vary, even if you live in Canada.

I order two Duox 2 Modchips on the 21st and the arrived by the 25th! Way sooner than I expected and in great condition, sealed and ready to go. "Fri, Aug 8: I made an order for 2 R4 cards for Nintendo DS as well as two leather cases. Both items were shown as in stock and 'ships in 24 hours'. It was late friday night so I expected my order to be shipped out by Monday or Tuesday. The ship method was Canadapost Xpresspost which is 1-3 days so the package was supposed to have been delivered mid week if on time, but any time that week was fine with me.
Wed, Aug 13: No email with tracking number yet. I emailed to ask if my order has been shipped. I recieve a reply within 2-3 hours saying my order has been shipped already with a Canadapost tracking number. On the tracking page it says "Order has been submitted electronically" I called Canada post to clarify and this means that a shipping slip has been printed by the company but they have yet to physically bring the package to a post office or mailbox to ship out. The estimated date of delivery shown on the tracking page shows the 13th (that same day). But they package has not even left divineo's hands
Thur-Sun, Aug 14 - 17: I email back and forth with divineo. First they tell me my order has been shipped. When I tell them I called Canadapost for help, they say they don't know where the package is and they'll find out by Monday.
I didn't want to be rude, nor difficult, regardless of the numerous negative reviews and forum posts I discovered about this business, so I just said if it's been backordered at least let me know if it's coming eventually. They replied saying that if my package indeed hasn't been shipped out, there will be nothing to ship me now because the items I ordered are now on preorder.
Mon, Aug 18: I recieve an email telling me that my order has been cancelled and my payment is going to be refunded onto my Visa within 7 days.
Thanks alot Divineo. If I'm not credited within 7 business days I'm filing for a chargeback.
Consumers should be wary about dealing with this company. The reviews I've found seem to be 50/50 in terms of good and bad. They don't necessarily take your order and run away with your money, but it seems they don't keep the stock status on their webpage up to date. Then, if you order something they don't have any or enough of, they don't inform you unless you hassle them about it. Other customers have just waited for their orders and have waited up to 2 or more months when the website boasts quick shipping and delivery. Customers who are lucky enough to have picked something they actually have in stock, though, have recieved their orders fairly quickly.
Seems that the staff also have poor manners. After reading many of the reviews in which customers got frustrated or angry, and seeing that they eventually got ignored or their orders cancelled without notice, I took care to be very nice in my emails. Even as far as apologizing if I appeared to be difficult in anyway because I'm just worried about my shipment. I recieved not so much as a 'SOrry' for my troubles. Just a "It won't be shipped anyway, it's on pre-order" and "Your order has been cancelled and refunded"
Anyway. As soon as I got word from Divineo that I was going to get a refund I quickly placed an order at realhotstuff.com for the same R4 ds cards. I ordered yesterday afternoon. This morning I recieved a tracking number and the fedex page says the package is going to the delivered tomorrow by noon. Sounds good to me.
I'm never shopping at divineo again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. If you do recieve your order on time, it's a stroke of luck. It's too bad though. I really did like those leather cases they had."
"I was really, extremely, satisfied with Divineo. I Placed my order on late Sat July 19, my order was approved on Monday July 21st, Package was shiped on Wednesday July 23rd (Tracking # received) and finaly, a Canada Post employee promptly delivered my package at 10:45 AM on Friday July 25th. The whole process took a week and the product I ordered (CycloDS Evolution) was nicely packaged and came with the tin can. Lots of ppl said that the tin can didnt come when you order from Divineo, I guess they were lying. Also, thoughout the entire process, the anwsered every question that I had, even the n00b ones. I dont see what people mean by the lack of communication. In all, I will defenatly shop there in the future."
"I placed an order for the M3 DS Real + Rumple Pak. When I received the order all I received was the DS Real, Rumple Pak and the USB Adapter, it was missing the BOX, Driver CD and Instructions (as shown on their website).
I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED because it looks like it was used (has fingerprints all over) and I bought the product for a relative as a present.
I am still waiting for a reply from them, this company is just shady.

Update, I received a reply the following work day that what they shipped to me was a "bulk" item and it does not have the box, driver CD or instructions. Talk about false advertising, it would have been nice if they stated this on the website or while I was making a purchase. They also offered an RMA, to take it back without "the usual restocking fee", but too late, my nieces birthday is almost up and I don't have the time (and I doubt this covers the $10 shipping I paid, screw you Divineo).
Furthermore, the M3 Real requires software on it to be setup via the CD (or setup program) before it can be used, luckily I'm familiar with flashcarts and figured this out doing some internet searching and found what I needed. But this wasn't easy, and would be nay impossible for the normal PC user to figure out, let alone my 13 year old niece or her parents. Thanks for the extra work Divineo.
I don't recommend shopping there, do a Google search and you can probably find a better retailer. If your in the US, find a retailer inside the US where shipping will be cheaper and faster (air mail from Canada costs $10, took 1.5 weeks). Also I didn't realize until after I ordered (read another review below) that sometimes US Customs may seize your order at the border, I guess I was kind of lucky.

"Original order placed on 3/17/08 for a R4DS (listed as pre-order on Divineo website). No order status information until I emailed Divineo on 5/5/08. Divineo Support replied supplier informed them that they will no longer be able to supply Divineo. Why didn’t Divineo email me about this sooner ? Even today, Divineo website shows the product as OUT OF STOCK.
Divineo recommended substitute: iTouchDS, SanDisk MicroSD 1GB Card. I wanted product and Divineo ALREADY charged my credit card back on 3/20/08. I accepted Divineo recommendation. Got a new order number on 5/6/08. Asked if they would send it via FedEx Overnight, which I had already paid for.
Divineo Support replied that the shipping method would stay the same. It DID NOT !!
Email reply from Divineo showed Canada Post was used to send items. Emailed Divineo Support asking for explanation of change in shipping method. I wanted phone number and supervisor to speak to. NO EXPLANATION was provided ! NO phone number was provided !
Instead of FedEx Overnight as purchased and promised, item sent via Canada Post on 5/12/2008. Received via US mail on 5/16/2008
I got the product, but this experience was absolutely miserable. They kept me hanging and waiting for the product. NO status emails. NO satisfaction concerning shipping method.
