"11/14/04 paid for smartxxv.2 and LCD via dedex express still have not received status on website has changed from 24 hour to not instock and 3day for the other.Per my bank money was withdrawn on Tuesday. I received an email from ustracking@divineo with no tracking number since then I have sent numerous emails wondering about my product and only receive an auto response from there server.Stay away form this company no tel. number to call no names on any email wish I would have found this place sooner I am out 111.73 Hope this helps some of you from getting scammed....Jose Nov.23 received full refund after reporting to bank, better business bureau,and IFCC."

"I have had an incredibly hard time communicating with the customer service department of this web-site. I paid for overnight shipping on my item and returned home the next day to find a Fed-Ex sticker on my door saying the package had been left at the doorstep. When I could not find the package I emailed Divineo for my tracking number.

It took them four days to email me the tracking number. When I called Fed-Ex I was informed that the tracking number that was given to me was not bringing up anything in their system, meaning that Divineo had taken four days to give me the wrong tracking number!

So now it has been a week since my order and I have no tracking number, no package, no way to find out if it was successfully delivered, or perhaps sitting in a Fed-Ex building somewhere.

I emailed Divineo again today, but seeing as the last email I got was three lines:

you didn't got the tracking?

Please consider the above before choosing your next online vendor.

******UPDATE******
Apparently the sticker on the door was for another item that someone else in my household ordered. However, divineo did not ship my order w/ the overnight shipping that I paid for and it took them five days to contact me with a tracking number. Once I got the tracking number the item wasn't shipped until the day after that!
Overall the experience was not worth the hassle and stress of the possibility of having my package lost/stolen.

"I was looking to get a Xecuter 2.6 modchip and Divineo was a listed dealer for that chip on Xbox-scene.com. I placed my order on the 23 (thursday) and had been waiting for like 6 hours to get the email confirmation, I began to be a little suspicious and came to resellerratings.com to see what others had to say about Divineo. After reading through the comments I was quite afraid that I had been scammed. Soon after that I found that the email was in the junk mail folder... and had been there since the morning. The day after I received my tracking number and on the 26 the package was delivered. It was well packaged, and the chip is working alright.
So to be fair with Divineo I must say I was pretty satisfied. I agree with some of the other customers that the web site is not reassuring with no phone number, no place to check your orders or any of the commodities found on others online store.

"I don't doubt that they shipped me the order. I believed it was mishandled by xpresspost since they did not deleiver to my door and it is not in my mailbox. Since Divineo purchased the insurance it should be their problem to collect not mine. All I want is what I ordered and as of yet I have not heard back from them."

"This place is amazing.

I ordered a pre-modded PS2 by COD. While I order during a massive surge in their orders (thanks to the HDLoader product which only divineo officially sells and was a month later declared illegal), I figure that the "This product will ship in 7 days max" really means that it will do just that. "The information provided for the item in question (specifically ship date) was horribly incorrect. I still do not know how three days turned to twelve as Divineo refused to answer direct questions and took nearly four days to respond to my complaints with a generic 'Thanks for your Concerns' e-mail. In addition, here is a small FAQ :

Q1. Why I didn't received my HDLoader yet?
A1. We had *a lot* of pre-order to ship. We will need few days more to
ship
all orders (pre-ordered or not).

Q2. I didn't ordered a HDLoader and my order is late, why?
A2. We moved few days ago (so we couldn't ship during three days) and
we
have also to ship a lot of HDLoader that were pre-ordered. You may
experiment a 1-3 days delay. We apologize for this delay.

Q3. I received a Canada Post tracking and it doesn't work, why?
A3. There is a small bug with the scan process at Canada Post. Some
package
show up in the database only when they are received. This should be
fixed
within 1-2 weeks. But the day you got your tracking, we sent the
package.

Q4. I received a FedEx Tracking, and it's not working right now.
A4. The FedEx database will be updated later the same day.

"I ordered HD Loader from this site as it was advertised as the "official" place to get HD Loader from. I placed my order on July 8, 2004. The website was advertsing 3 day shipping. It also said I would get an e-mail within 48 hours giving me my tracking number and shipping info. Divineo debited my bank account for $39.99. Have never received any shipping info or tracking info to date (7/21/04).Sent first e-mail to support on 7/12/04, no response. Sent second e-mail to support on 7/14/04, no response. Sent third e-mail to support on 7/16/04, no response. On top of that, every post I put on their message board was deleted by their forum moderator. This is the worst service I ever had from any website, period. I would never order from them again, and I would recommend that no one ever order from this site."

"Ordered from them on July 5th and waited the standard 3 days (which they guaranteed on their site) for shipping confirmation, then waited 7 days and then 10 and then sent several emails to cancel my order. After finally getting confirmation of my order being cancelled and being charged an extra $2 for their incompetency, I placed another through another site. The other site confirmed my order immediately, shipped in less than 24 hours and I received my package in less than 5 days (overseas mail!). I will never order from divineo.com again and I urge you not to waste your time or money on them either."

"I ordered two things on Divineo.com on June 21, 2004. The line beneath the product said that it would ship within 24 hours. I had been recommended to Divineo by a reputable site, and I trusted them. Ordering with paypal and the expensive overnight shipping, I figured I would receive my products quickly. On the contrary, I did not receive an order confirmation (YES, an ORDER confirmation confirming my purchase) until June 25, 2004. By this time, I visited the message board, and found many unhappy customers still waiting for the same product (some for as long as a month). I checked my bank account, and Divineo had already charged me for the product, and I also found many people had tried to cancel their order to no avail, so I figured I'd wait it out. On July 9, I finally received my shipping confirmation, and Fedex delivered after a few days. All in all, it was a horrible experience with literally no customer service (we tried to contact them, but there was no phone number on the site, and no one else had any success via email). They made virtually no effort at making these delays known throughout my experience. This business appeared to be run by two 12 year olds in their garage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!"

"I have tried to contacted www.divineo.com regarding an order that was placed on July 1st for a Xenium Ice. The web site at that time was stating that were in stock and shipping within 24 hours after being ordered. I quickly ordered the product and expedited it with the FedEx Express (overnight) option that they had available. An email stated that I would receive a tracking number shortly with my invoice.

On June 6th I still haven’t received any confirmation that my order was being processed or shipped, no tracking number was provided. I returned to there web site and saw that they changed there turn shipping status to within 3 days of receiving the order. I then sent them an e-mail as follows:

Hello Divineo.com,
Unfortunately I’ve been having poor experiences with your company / support on my last order. I placed an order on July 1st for a Xenium ICE which at that time was advertised as being 24 hour turnaround time and in stock per your web site. I checked back the next day and it was updated to 3 day shipping due to delays. I purchased this item with the Express Fed EX option and still have not yet received a tracking number. At this point I would like to have my order confirmed and a tracking number provided. If this information is not provided with in the next days, please cancel my order.

Today (July 11) I haven’t received any emails from www.divineo.com and have once again tried to make another attempt at contacting this company. Unfortunately all email addresses are now coming back as Undeliverable Mail. ****@**** ****@**** ****@**** All of these emails were tried more then once.

I’m sure you all know how I feel right now. Again I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Update(July 13th):
Just recieved my refund from Divineo three hours ago and ordered a Xenium Ice from another reseller. Two hours later i was given a tracking number and its giving me an ETA of Tuesday on FedEx's web site. NOW THATS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Never going to use Divineo's web site again. Thanks for the lesson in bad customer service.
