Do not be taken as I was!

"Initially I placed an order with these people for two dog shock collars.
Their web page looked impressive and included alleged customer recommendeations.
After placing my order i was surprised that I did not get an order confirmation, and in contacting
Customer support I was finally given a tracking number.
I entered the tracking number, and was taken to a USPS page which indicated that a tracking
Number had been generated, but no product was shipped!
I waited another day, and again entered my tracking number, and again no activity and no
Shipment.
I went back to customer support and sent another email to customer support, and have heard
Nothing back from them!
Since there is no contact phone number provided I am pretty much at wits end!
I am beginning to think that these people defrauded me out of $87.95!
Do not under any circumstances do business with these people!!!! There needs to be a criminal
Investigation into the fraudulent business practices of this online business!!!

"DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sadly my experience is like everybody else. I purchased collar in December and it didn't work. They have since sent me another two collars and none of them work. They spread this out over 8 months so the paypal dispute period expired."

"I received my order pretty fast. after an hour of trying to program it I finally got it to work ---1st day worked great--- haven't been able to get it to work since. just e-mailed my concerns to them. very suspicious no contact phone wish me luck. LOL"

"I would like to say a month after order, something happened to my receiver collar and it wasn't working. I emailed PetEd and told them the problem. They replied immediately and mailed me a replacement which I received within a couple of days. I was delighted because the collar was working terrific with my dog. Thank again,

"Bad experience. No answer to my email to their email sent with purchase receipt. No phone number given. Sending back today; asking for refund, but I paid by PayPal which came out of my checking account. I plan to contact Pay Pal if no result. Will update if I get any response.

"I agree with all of the reviews...piece of junk, won't hold a charge, etc. Since 2013, they have replaced pieces about 4 times. I'm sending the whole pile of parts back to them and am going to find something that really works!"

"The product is worthless. Bought one and it didn't shock. It only vibrated. They sent me another one but it didn't sync. They never came with instructions. Very poorly made. I ended up buying a sport dog collar. That one is much better."

"I purchase this system in March 2014. Worked for about 2 weeks.
Went back and forth with the company. They ended up sending me first: a new remote control, that didn't work, then, a whole new system, that didn't work. I've worked with them for 5 months to get this right. Since I now just want to return the last system that won't work, it's a 20% loss because of the amount of time I have worked with them. They claim it is always the batteries that are the problem. Brand new systems that don't work.

"1. Read the other reviews...I will just "ditto" that this is a fancy website run poorly.
2. No phone support and email answers only when dispute filed with paypal. They (he) said to use paypal emails as confirmations (red flag). I think PayPal should drop clients like this. Even though I got a refund when I asked too many questions it bothers me that Paypal turns a blind eye to so many "grey" area clients who collect money and profit from people who just stop trying to reach them.

"Customer service takes days to get back to you. Ordered a replacement remote and like everyone else was charged with no indication of shipping. I emailed and a few days later was told it was shipping and had been on back-order (first indication of that)... still no shipment so I emailed through PayPal and got no response so I escalated it to a claim on PayPal and viola! Suddenly the remote shipped! Still no reply from the seller through PayPal and the only thing that shipped was the remote (not even a slip of paper to tell you how to resync it to the existing collar). I tried to get my bf to just order another collar system from someone else. Next time I'm sure he'll listen a little more closely to me... for now we're out another $25 on remote that rattles (the first one he lost didn't rattle so we'll see how long this p.o.s. lasts). Save your money and buy from another company. BTW - from order to actual receipt was about 20 days. The dog is now back to completely disobedient. "

"SCAM!!!! This company never delivered my product and they are impossible to get in touch with. At checkout it said 1-3 business days priority mail. The company is owned by one man in Florida. 3 yar old company. they just take the money and never deliver. STAY AWAY! Never even received an email confiorming the order was processing (but they charged me through PayPal because I got an email from PayPal stating my card had been charged $90). Then I checked my account at PayPal and NO RECORD of the transaction. But the card was charged. I'll be reportin this as fraud and getting my money back from my credit card company. It amazes me that this still happens so easily in this day and age, GOOGLE EVERY COMPANY BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THEM ONLINE. Also, this website asks for an Order Number? WHY? I never got one!!! And why would you need that anyways? There is simply no way to track down thsi company or an order. PERFECT GIVEAWAY FOR A SCAM COMPANY!!!"

"I ordered one of Petedonline.com $100 collars on December 19, 2013. I am a dog obedience instructor and wanted the collar to train a particular situation with a rescue dog. The collar worked a total of 8 times. Then the collar stopped charging and working all together. I contacted customer service and they just give you the run around. I dont even want a replacement collar from this company. I wont put their collars on any other dogs. Judging by the company there could be a chance that these collars could harm a dog. Definite scam. I paid 3 times the money of the collar to have them investigated. Also reported them to the BBB."

"I ordered this collar 2 weeks ago (Jan 17th) a couple of days after i received an email stating that the item had shipped priority mai
(2-3 days) they even provided me with a tracking number, I waited 3 days before tracking the item and it was "still in transit" of course i got suspicious so i sent them an email and their reply was "Thank you for contacting us, due to high demand the sets were on back order. This order cannot ship until Tuesday Jan 28th" so I guess i"l wait 3 more days to see if i get my collar
1/30/14 --STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
I am still getting the run around, there is no way to contact customer service other than email and all they do is give you the run around..DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"the product does not work, the company is a scam.. I ordered and paid for the collar, November 10, 2013- the return email is a scam, it's sending the emails to Pet Safe. I was told I could get an 80% refund, asked for shipping instructions, emailed them again, and was again directed to Pet Safe. Pet Ed did respond once, I have been unable to contact them again. I reported the incident to the Florida Better Business Bureau..avoid this company at all costs, I bought a name brand collar. "
