"i purchased the Wildfox Couture "up all night" cami set and the Unif realm clutch, giving me a total of over $75 so i qualified for free priority shipping and the site displayed both my items "ship within 24 hours." about 6 days later my order finally shipped, first class mind you. my wildfox cami set arrived with nasty self tanner stains on it. i emailed CS and they said they would refund me and reimburse me for return shipping, but this kind of stuff has happened to me before and i told them i was done dealing with it. i chose not to return the nasty top and i just washed it and dolls kill gave me a 20$ gift voucher which i gave away because dolls kill is a joke."

"Not very happy. Last year I ordered 1 jacket from DollsKill - when I got it - it had a hole in the pocket and I had to pay excessive shipping to send it back. I had to follow up twice in order to get store credit back on that jacket.
This year I ordered a few items in approx 3 different orders from DollsKill. When I got my orders, I kept about half of the items and sent back the other half. I took my returned items and put them into one box with all the relevant slips and invoices to show each item. I thought this would be simple. Wrong.
3 weeks later - no store credit. I had to follow up again on the order and I listed each order number along with each item in my original e-mail to make it clear what I had returned. They asked me several times for the numbers, even though I had already listed them and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Yesterday, I got a credit for TWO out of the four items in the box despite me telling them several times that there were four items inside the package.
So I wrote back and told them that there were four items inside the box, provided the details all over again and asked them to please give me the credit for the 2 items they had not listed. I also listed the two items and the order number.
Today, they send me the exact same store credit all over again for only two out of four items in the box. I got really angry and emailed them as I had explained the issue over and over again to them this past week. Now I am out of the shipping cost for what I paid to send the box back as well as being out of money for those 2 items that I was not credited for.
Funnily enough, the reason I sent some of the items back is because they did not state that the colour of each item of clothing was different on their website, so I ended up with several items in the wrong colour. This business is ridiculous and they can't even read an e-mail properly.
If I ever get my credit back, I will spend it, but after that I will not bother to shop at DollsKill again. I can find their products elsewhere.

I bought a white brocade corset dress and I LOVE IT. I bought it in a medium. MISTAKE. I just assumed that this site ran small because all the models were small. I am usually a size small, but in comparison to the models, I thought otherwise and bought a size up. DO NOT DO THAT. THEIR SIZING IS ACCURATE. Anyway, I'm just gonna get the dress hemmed and it will fit me perfectly and I will look like an angel!
