"My family got me a few articles of clothing from DollsKill for christmas and it's been a nightmare ever since. The store itself is very nice, and I personally liked it a lot- that is until I tried to return my clothes. Their website's returns policy is simple- return your clothes with the paperwork we provide to you on this page and we will send you a refund. That's exactly what I did. I returned all of my clothes along with all of the required forms and invoices. A month later, I still had not heard from DollsKill. I emailed customer support and was helped initially- I was told that I would receive my refund within the next 24 hours. I didn't. I sent another email telling them that I still had not received my refund, and they ignored my email for 3 days. I had to keep pestering and nagging them to get any kind of straight answer or help, and even then, they weren't helpful at all. They then basically told me that everything was my fault, but due to kindness on their part, they would begrudgingly refund me my money. I really cannot believe what this store has put me through to get a simple return. Only order from them if you don't mind horrible customer service if you run into a problem. They might refund me for the clothes I returned to them, but that doesn't really make up for the hoops they made me jump through. Sucks because I really liked the store, and I really didn't want to have to leave negative reviews (first time I've EVER written one) but they kind of left me with no choice. :/"

They never answer their so-called "customer service" listed line!Receive automated responses to repeated emails and when an actual person did respond its like they haven't a clue what the problem is, even though they've been envolved in previous email communications! They have my money and I do not have the original order I requested. I was told they were out of stock on one of the items and I was to let them know what other items of equal value I'd like in exchange. I've told them what I'd like and know they are behaving like they don't know what the original problem was to begin with! This has been ongoing since the 8th of this month...Its not rocket science to issue a store credit or provide me a full refund and neither has happened. I have ordered from the company twice before and HAD good experiences. Quick shipping and item exactly as ordered.. It is more than a shame they dropped the ball on this order, it's illegal. I am continuing to contact DollsKill in the hopes of resolving this issue before I take legal actions. Update: I was finally contacted and they did refund my original purchase! I will likely order again as I appreciate whoever their stylist/buyer is. I suggest that they update their server so that "out of stock" items reflect faster online. "
