"My order date was 10/31/2012, i received email titled as 'your orders has been shipped' at 1/11/2012.
I was so excited, because there is a 4 days delivery guarantee. Even though delivery on my hand might be over 4days due to the Sandy, at least my orders has been shipped!!

HOWEVER, I have been waiting for 4 days and it still display as 'shipment information received' on DHL website. I contacted customer service of Dolls Kill, they claimed my orders left their warehouse at 1/11/2012.
It is so weird why my order left their warehouse but no information updated on DHL website, maybe a little delay?? How come there is a 4 days delay for updating the information!

I contacted DHL, they checked for me about where my orders were. Finally, they said they only received shipment information, but no packages received at all. But, Dolls Kill always claimed they sent my orders 1/11/2012! And all the shipment information DHL received at the same day were all in their destination at 04/11/2012!

Dolls Kill claimed sent my orders at 1/11/2012 from 1/11/2012 to 08/11/2012, which has been 8 days but no information updated on DHL until 08/11/2012, DHL website displayed 'Packages picked at 08/11/2012'.
After Dolls kill knew it had just been shipped at 08/11/2012, they never say sorry to me and do not tell me where were my parcels during 1/11/2012 to 08/11/2012, which 'left their warehouse' and 'no packages received'.

This is really bad shopping experience!!"
