Customer service refusing to read my emails, sending me the exact same copy and paste response to two totally different emails without ever telling me where my order is or when it might arrive. Absolutely abysmal customer service, truly terrible. No offer to refund, no offer to re ship via express post. If something is advertised as guaranteed 4 day shipping then that is what is expected, not "indefinite shipping with no assistance from customer service." Will be taking this up with the consumer commission, for a $200 order much better service is expected."

However, I selected the option "somewhat dissatisfied" because although the customer service was great, I was deeply saddened with the store credit policy. I wrote to you guys about the urgency of canceling the order and if I was able to reroute it back to your facility before reaching my home so I can get cash back but you said it couldn't be done. Considering I ordered late evening, how far my order had to come, I was surprised and happy to find a parcel for me only two days later. Although Dolls Kill is expensive, I do think it is worth it.
