"I have very thin hair I decided to try Donna bella tape in extensions. The amount of hair each tape in extension has on it isn't even enough to cover a very slight area. It's such a waste of money. I got 2 bundles ( which normally from Sally's will cover my whole head and even leave me with couple of extra ones and it's only $10 more). Don't waste your money on these products. They are not good quality every way. I had a huge event the night of when I put those extensions in and it looked terrible I had to put my hair up!! When I contacted to have them give me my money back since I took those extensions off they had bunch of excuses to what quality is their hair. I am a licensed hair dresser for many years now and I have worked with many different extensions and what they are selling is a ripe off. And on top they have no sense of costumer service satisfaction clearly. "

"TERRIBLE!!! Do not buy! Worst extensions I have ever purchased. First wash and they all fell out. The adhesive is not nearly strong enough on these tape ins. I thought maybe I used too much conditioner on the first wash so after drying my hair I was able to put the tape ins back in. Second wash they all fell out again. So frustrated that I spent money on such a waste. Maybe that's why they offer "insurance" because their product is crap! Everyone should purchase from sunnyshair.com. Wonderful and cheaper than these! Never once had any fall out after 6 weeks of wear. "

"Garbage and fake Remy hair. I was hesitant to have the Donna Bella extensions I purchased installed because they looked thin and felt brittle, but after spending almost $300 I decided to give them a try. HUGE MISTAKE! After having them installed, my hair stylist sprayed the ends with WATER to trim off the thin dry ends, and we both immediately smelled a strong odor of corn chips!!! I should have had them removed immediately but again, $300 people!! Everytime I washed them the smell was aparant, so I googled extensions smelling like corn chips and I was horrified to find that this is a classic smell of fake Remy hair that has been treated with silicone and acid!! These extensions are supposed to be free of any additives!! When I wrote Donna Bella they wanted all the extensions back to "examine" them, and even though they agreed that the extensions smelled, they refused to refund my money stating that they were in perfect condition to re install....Seriously? These are garbage extensions! They are dry, brittle, thin, and smell! My stylist insists that these cant possibly even be human hair - probably horse hair! OMG! Stay away from this company, they are dishonest scammers! "
"I spent $135 on purple I-Link hair extensions that were put in my hair by a certified Donna Bella Hair Extension stylist. The extensions faded significantly within the first month. I spoke to Donna Bella (many times) about a refund, and after filing an official complaint about the product, they refused to refund my money, saying that there was nothing they could do because the extensions were already in my hair. I even went as far as to file a claim with my credit card company, with the hopes that they could resolve the problem. Of course that didn't happen. Donna Bella's customer service is worse than their products. Spend your money elsewhere."
