"I've had multiple sets of hair extentions and none of them have felt the way the Donna Bellas do. I have follow the instructions for hairstylist told me to but the hair is dry I understand their extentions but their life less I have tried calling on multiple times they fall out immediately I am extremely dissatisfied with them. I spent a lot of money on hair extensions a lot of money to have a professional put them in three days of headaches to be this dissatisfied today is Tuesday May 7th I did just have them put in Friday May t3rd, 2013 .I would appreciate it if someone got ahold of me as soon as possible to see how we can handle this situation"

"I have been using Donna Bella extensions for 2.5 years now and I must say I am switching at the earliest convenience. The extensions started out great, I had a full head with only 3.5 packs of hair and it was THICK. The bonds lasted me 3 months with minimal slipping, however over the years that has ALL changed. The prices went up, it now takes me about 8 bundles for the same amount of thickness and they shed like CRAZY. I am having to order more hair and get it done once a month...that is costing me about $150 a month!! Other people who I have talked to have had similar experiences with DB hair and have also switched to other manufacturers. For the price of the hair I would expect much better quality than this, it is such a shame how this company has gone down the tubes. My bonds also turn white after only a few weeks and are completely noticable under my brown hair. The worst parts are the slipping, the shedding, and the bonds...the thickness of my hair has decreased by about 35% since installation two weeks ago...get it together Donna Bella!!!!!
In addition I noticed that I started seeing split ends, EVERYWHERE!! It makes the hair look uneven and straggly at the bottom, I can't even wear the hair straight. I also noticed about 5 strands that were completely white, which means either the color stripped out completely or I had never noticed it but it looked like pieces of dental floss in my brown extensions. The other issue is that the hair is not all the same length, I order the 18's and only about half of the hair in the bundle is actually 18 inches, most of them are 12-14 inches...what is THAT about?!?! A few months ago they even sent me the wrong hair in my order, I was charged a $125 cancellation fee by my stylist and requested a manager contact me....never heard from the manager but they did send me 22's as the 18's were out of stock, so did they send me the 16's hoping I wouldn't notice? I had to get the hair cut which makes them look blunt on the ends and hard to blend, plus I was still out $!25 from my stylist from having to cancel when we opened the package.

"We were told in certification class that the order would take about 3 days to reach us. We ordered our hair, booked the client for 8 days out to make sure and the hair arrived. It ended up getting to the salon 3 days after the appointment was supposed to take place. Very disappointed."
