"WORST COMPANY EVER

I ordered a PSP Faceplate from DotConsole (Bundled with a Free Desktop Stand)
and instead received a SIM CARD for unlocking an IPHONE that cost way more then the faceplate I ordered
AND I DONT OWN AN IPHONE!!!!

when I informed them of the mistake they told me I had no choice but to either ship it back to them at my cost!!

or keep it and get nothing else!!

so not only did I have to wait ages to get what I ordered I had to pay for shipping on 2 different items

& furthermore the face plate was Cracked When it arrived!!!!!!!

I ordered this plate to REPLACE my original because my original was cracked - so this didnt do me any good!!

You couldnt find their contact info either at the time -- I actually had to find his contact info from a Forum Post where another user gave them a BAD REVIEW -- thats how I got the main guys e-mail

after a lot of e-mails back and fourth it ended up with me sending it back to him at my own cost because he was unwilling to pay to ship it back - he basically told me if i wanted what i ordered I had to ship back the SIM CARD to get it!!!!!!

He also said that he would put a little something extra in the box in his last e-mail to me if I shipped the card back -- so I thought to myself this is sort of like paying me for the shipping (finally getting somewhere) So I shipped the sim card back & when I got my Package -- NOTHING WAS IN IT!!! -- it was Just the Simple Face Plate & Desktop Stand Which was bundled into the order (you got a free stand when ordering the face plate)

AND the faceplate was CRACKED!!!!!!!!! -- so I ordered basically a cracked plate to replace my cracked plate - never heard anything back from these people either so I am sure that since they got their card back and money they dont care!!!

needless to say this company is the worst & they dont give a crap about their customers - they just want the money
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! -- BE SMART RESEARCH ALL COMPANIES ONLINE BEFORE ORDERING

"I ordered a PSP faceplate from DotConsole January 10th. It said my order was processing, and it still says processing, March 20th. I sent them an email right after I placed the order because I could not locate a tracking number.

I received nothing back. On their website it said that there was live chat support.

I could not find it. It also said on their website that there was a telephone number I could call.

I could not find it. I had to do a WHOIS on the domain and use that number.

Of course there was no answer.

All in all, unless you enjoy getting ripped off don't order from here.

"I ordered a Blaster 360 and a XCM Case from DotConsole.com I received a confirm order email right after then about 20 minutes later I got a "Your order has been shipped" email with DHL tracking information. I was able to track the package all the way to my house. I received the case and the blaster 2 days later even though I ordered cheap ground shipping. I am vary happy with Dotconsole and I would recommend anyone to order from them."

"So far I am extremely dissatisfied, I placed my order on April 20th, 2007. My credit card was charged on or about the same day. I received a call a few days later from Jeff that stated that one of my products is on back order. He asked if I wanted the other items shipped, I told him I can wait until the back order item arrives as they told me it wouldn't be too long of a wait, maybe a week or so.

Since then, I had to email them asking for a status of my order, they have never contacted me on their own. I have been told numerous times that the back ordered item will arrive “this week” and finally ‘tomorrow’. Last week I was told that my order was canceled and that I should have a refund on my credit card. When I emailed them that there was no refund issued, they emailed back and stated that my order was now in pending shipment and that it would go out with the next batch. Again that was last week. Yesterday, I emailed them telling them that if it doesn’t go out by end of day Thursday, I want my credit card refunded.

I think I have been very patient with this company. They charged my credit card in April and I have yet to receive my order and it in July. I don’t think they ever should be charging the credit card until the order has been fully placed and ready to ship.

UPDATE: After sending them a email on 07/09 that if they don't send out my order by 07/12, I want a refund, they replied stating that the order will be shipped. I received the package on 07/14 HOWEVER it the back order part. I am now missing two parts of my order.

Yesterday, 07/16 I sent them another email stating that I am missing the rest of my order. I again sent them another email today asking for the tracking number for the remaining parts. I have not heard back from them yet.

Update: I finally heard back from them on 07/19. This time, the remaining parts are not in stock. But they were in stock when I first placed my order. So needlessly to say, I replied back the same day on 07/19 asking to cancel the remaining order and that my credit card be refunded for the parts that were never shipped, even though their website says that all parts were shipped.

As of today, 07/24, I have never received a reply from 07/19 and I called my credit card company to ask if there was any pending credit. There wasn't any. So I went ahead and disputed the charge. I'll work out later what I really owe them.

Bottom line, I don't recommend this company!

"At the moment I am not happy with this site. I placed an order for what was said to be an in stock item that can ship with in 24 hours on 6/19/07 it is now 6/25/07 with no change in order status. I have sent a couple emails and called them with no responce to update me in any way.

--Ok i sent them another email after i wrote this and they finally got back to me about the status of my order, according to them the item was out of stock and they are waiting on the new shipment to arrive, they said they would update me when it comes in (cross my fingers) I wish they would of told me this earlyer. its just nice to know whats going on.

--7/9 Ok, These guys really made an effort once communication opened up. I did get updates between the wait time and they even bumped up my shipping to overnight once they had stock (with out even asking for it!). After seeing the amount of customer service, I have to say that when it comes to the next console mod I will be happy to come back to these guys.
