"Purchased a BBA-1 battery enclosure that weighs 10lbs. There was no shipping cost on the shipping cart or when you complete the order. The order stated it would be separate. Received an email 45 minutes later stating the shipping was $74.00 for ground shipping. THAT IS A COMPLETE SHIPPING RIP OFF for a 10lb box. BEWARE!"

"I placed an order on Friday using UPS Ground. On Sunday, I determined that I needed it by Wednesday. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order. On Monday, they replied that they canceled it. Same day, I ordered the same product but using UPS Two-Day. On Tuesday, I needed another part and shipped it UPS Next Day. Both parts were delievered on Wednesday."

"So far I am extremely dissatisfied, I placed my order on April 20th, 2007. My credit card was charged on or about the same day. I received a call a few days later from Jeff that stated that one of my products is on back order. He asked if I wanted the other items shipped, I told him I can wait until the back order item arrives as they told me it wouldn't be too long of a wait, maybe a week or so. Since then, I had to email them asking for a status of my order, they have never contacted me on their own. I have been told numerous times that the back ordered item will arrive “this week” and finally ‘tomorrow’. Last week I was told that my order was canceled and that I should have a refund on my credit card. When I emailed them that there was no refund issued, they emailed back and stated that my order was now in pending shipment and that it would go out with the next batch. Again that was last week. Yesterday, I emailed them telling them that if it doesn’t go out by end of day Thursday, I want my credit card refunded. I think I have been very patient with this company. They charged my credit card in April and I have yet to receive my order and it in July. I don’t think they ever should be charging the credit card until the order has been fully placed and ready to ship. UPDATE: After sending them a email on 07/09 that if they don't send out my order by 07/12, I want a refund, they replied stating that the order will be shipped. I received the package on 07/14 HOWEVER it the back order part. I am now missing two parts of my order. Yesterday, 07/16 I sent them another email stating that I am missing the rest of my order. I again sent them another email today asking for the tracking number for the remaining parts. I have not heard back from them yet. Update: I finally heard back from them on 07/19. This time, the remaining parts are not in stock. But they were in stock when I first placed my order. So needlessly to say, I replied back the same day on 07/19 asking to cancel the remaining order and that my credit card be refunded for the parts that were never shipped, even though their website says that all parts were shipped. As of today, 07/24, I have never received a reply from 07/19 and I called my credit card company to ask if there was any pending credit. There wasn't any. So I went ahead and disputed the charge. I'll work out later what I really owe them. Bottom line, I don't recommend this company!"
