"Quality Dress at an affordable price. My daughter loved it."

"I want everyone to know that I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. We seen a picture of a very beautiful dress and decided to order it. We got it in like 3 weeks. When i opened the package that it was stuffed in I have never been so disappointed!! I really didn't look like the picture of the dress that i ordered it from. It looked very cheap, but the price wasn't cheap! Instead of it looking like a prom dress it looked like a Halloween costume dress. The jewels looked bad when they sewed them on there is knots on the outside of the dress for each and every jewel. I emailed 5 minutes after i got the dress. We have been going back and forth for a week now. All I have been getting from them is they would like me to try and resell the dress! Before I placed the order I had did a live chat with one of their Representative and was told that if I didn't do a custom fit dress there wouldn't be a problem with a return if we didn't like it for some reason. I have had nothing but trouble now and all I keep getting is for me to try and resell it. This is NUTS! "

"Initially unsure about ordering from a company in China, but I need not have worried. Their 24/7 customer service were very helpful and observant, they noticed my mistake when I put the incorrect sizing down on the order for my address, they contacted me almost immediately highlighting their concern with the measurements that I wrongly stated.

If ordering from the uk, please check UK measurements with European measurents as this company use European sizing charts. They were also very receptive to minor changes that I requested without extra charge.

They were in contact throughout the whole order process and it arrived within the stated time.

Be aware though, you may have to pay government import tax to the courier on arrival. Mine being £19.21.

As for the dress, I am delighted with colour, the fit and the material. I would even say it looks better in reality than on the website."

"Really unhappy!! I sent multiple pictures showing different areas of dress where sequence was missing or loose. First they told me that the strings may be cut off and I don't need to take it to a tailor. Then they tried to blame it on UPS. Then they told me it could be fixed, just sent it to a tailor.

The return policy states that if the damage of the dress is their fault and the tags remain on the dress, it can be returned and a refund will be issued.

Fat chance. I'm still trying to get a refund.

"Although the dress is beautiful and arrived in plenty of time (I paid for rush shipping), the bodice was a little long on my short-waisted daughter and will need to be altered. This is not the fault of the tailor, but I wish I had thought to add a measurement of shoulder to waist or something although I did mention that she is short-waisted and they possibly even adjusted slightly for it but not enough. There are so few petite prom dresses available anywhere, so maybe in the future they should add a measurement for that because it would be greatly appreciated! The second dress we ordered from DreamProm works better because it has an empire waist style. I will try to have the first dress altered to use for another upcoming event, however, because it is beautiful! Great shopping experience! I even asked to change the color of the second dress (since I was worried the first would not fit properly due to the style), and they did so without any issues! Very pleased and will shop with them again!"

"We are extremely satisfied with the prom dress my daughter picked out. When we ordered it, it was specially made to fit her. We were a little concerned as we got closer to the date of arrival that we had not received a tracking number. I contacted the company and they were very kind and reassured us that it was still being made and it would soon be shipped. I contacted them again the week of delivery (very kind again) and they had just sent me the tracking number that morning. It was on it's way! Very Exciting! We actually received the dress just today and to my amazement it only took 2 days to travel from Hong Kong to Minnesota. Unbelievable! We also received it 2 days earlier than what was expected. Now...the dress is AMAZING and so GORGEOUS! We are very pleased with it. It also fit her perfectly and very well made. She is very tall and was going to wear a thin sandal not heals so we will have to hem it a little, but that's an easy fix. It seems like they allow for about a 2 inch heal. I definitely would order again and recommend this company to anyone."

"This dress was such a mistake. I ordered it with my actual measurements to be custom fit and I ended up having to get it hemmed. The dress was all lace, but their seamstresses did a horrible job cutting the lace. It was mismatched and just thrown together. The finished lace at the bottom, that was sewn on top to be the trim, was cut in all kinds of random pieces and just haphazardly sewn on top. I tried to have them just send me more dress to have it fixed myself, because the shipping and their whole process just took too long, but of course, they refused and just pretended they didn't know what I was talking about. I ended up having to buy a separate type of lace and have it fixed by a professional; obviously, costing me more. May as well have bought a more expensive dress that I wouldn't have to fix! Very unhappy with Dream Prom."
