"I ordered a dress from DreamProm.com about a month ago (March 13) and it got here two days after the promised time (April 8), but it did get here within a few days after it was shipped. They promised to give back my shipping charge, so I'm still waiting to see about that, but the dress was not as horrible as the reviews have made it seem. I ordered my dress for prom, and it does NOT look exactly like the picture, BUT it is still a very nice dress. The embroidery does seem a little cheap looking to me, and I don't plan on wearing the dress because I don't think it looks right on me personally, but the dress itself is made pretty well despite a few issues here and there. The inside of my dress was a little bit itchy, and there was an embroidery piece pinned on rather than sewn on, so I feel like that marks down its quality a little bit. But they got my size down perfectly. The dress DID come in a really tight bag that did cause some crumples to the flowers on my dress. The dress overall is still a nice dress, just not the dress for me, so beware that it might not turn out exactly how you want, and I would definitely search in person before looking online for a dress.
My experience with them was not a complete nightmare or horror story, and yes, I am a real person and costumer, because I had fears about that I was reading through some of the better reviews."

"I ordered my dress in a size 2 and it came in what felt like a size 6 when I tried it on. It had a lot of extra material and bunched around the waist and was not flattering at all. The dress did not fit my sister either and she is my size too. The neckline came up way too high and i cannot wear this dress for prom. I was on spring break when it delivered and when I came home and found I was dissatisfied, it was past the 7 day deadline to return it. Waste of money thanks alot"

"The dress came in less time than expected and it is beautiful! It is just like the picture showed. The only downfall was that it came sealed in a 16.5x12.5 bag and it is very wrinkly. I would have thought it would have been placed loosely in a box and shipped that way. But, otherwise, it is beautiful and fit well!"
