"The dress i got fit perfectly to my body. They followed exactly and very accommodating to what my requirements were when you enter it in the comments section when you order your dress. The beading and details were exactly what i had imagined it would be. My dress was made with very good quality and it looks like i paid a lot of money for it, when in reality I paid only a fraction of what it would've cost at the stores, and no one would ever know it! The shipment came about a week earlier than expected which was great. I honestly can't say anything wrong with my dress, I love it. I would definitely buy again and would recommend them to everyone looking to buy a dress from them. My tip would be just make sure you know your measurements and you won't be disappointed. "Truly a beautiful dress! I bought it in red to wear for "The Nutcracker" ballet and it looked exactly like the picture. The sewing on the zipper was not as neat as I would've liked, but that was a minor detail. I received tons of complements on the dress and love how flattering the fit is. "FRAUDS!!! I am absolutely disgusted with the service and quality I received!! I ordered a ball gown for a surprise party for a family member of mine more than a month in advanced. I ordered the dress and marked it as a rush order and paid for the extra shipping. I was to receive it no later than 2 weeks after I placed the order, so we had time to make any alterations that might have been necessary. Well, as the rush time passed we made calls daily and no one picked up or returned our calls. The voicemail was from a cellphone and did not have a name on it, only the number. Turns out it shipped 3 days before the party it was for and we did not receive it till the day before. When we received the dress it was in a very small 10" bag. Again, this is a ball gown. Having less than 24 hours, we had to have the dress steamed (thanks to the packaging), altered and added layers and sparkle because of the poor quality the dress was and we spent over $300. Never again will i buy from them!! HORRIBLE! Never buy from them!! Terrible quality dresses and terrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

For starters, your responses are virtually the same for everyone, that doesn't look good. You do not own up to any of your faults. I don't care if it was hand made or not the quality of the product was disgusting. As for the refunded shipping, it's just the right thing to do, so don't act like it was some big deal, my dress still showed up almost 3 weeks late. Back to the quality of the dress and how it was shipped..You could ship the dresses in a large box rather than a small bag (small meaning like a 10" bag for a size 14 ball gown) so don't blame the shipping company for that. And I am not sure how stupid you think I am for saying I could just iron out the dress.. really? You can't iron that fabric! For how long it took to "make" this dress it was just terrible quality and how you could have the audacity to sell such a horrible product is beyond me.. You people are frauds and your site and dresses are just a scam. The dress was not EVEN close to what the picture showed! Also, as for your customer service, you're telling me to call anytime, well maybe I would if you would answer your phone. It took over 2 weeks just to finally get someone to answer one simple question as to where my dress was. You guys are a bunch of frauds with poor service and terrible products.

"This was the worst transaction I`ve ever made. The website says they will give you a full refund if proven they made a mistake on your dress, which in my case they did and they admired it, and I didn't get anything. Just 100 emails back and forth trying to just return the dress or even exchange. They have the worst customer service, and don't let the clock full you on the home page, they say they have 80% off all year long, it is their way to get you to act fast. But it isn't true. The pictures of these dresses are beautiful but the dresses they send out don't match. Not even the color. Or size. Just go to facebook you'll see the real reviews their. Shop else where!!! You won't be sorry like I am. The only good I can say was their shipping. Which I too paid extra because they made it sound like it would be late for the wedding date."
