"I am extremely happy with my dress. It arrived 16 days before I was expecting it and it looks jut like the pictures. The details, the lace, just breathtaking. I would definitely recommend any bride to shop here and DreamProm you have a customer for life! The only thing I was not to pleased with was the packing of the dress. I understand the shipping it is free but they make it fit in this little bag that when you see it it makes you very nervous. It took about an hour for the dress to unwrinkled. BUT it is DREAM COME TRUE! don't get me wrong the dress has no damage I just didn't like the packing. OVERALL I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE!"
"I wish I'd done more research before buying from them! I ordered what looked like my dream wedding dress but what turned up was a nightmare!They show you pictures of beautiful dresses on their website........I foolishly thought that's what I would get. What I got was a very badly made cheap copy in nasty fabric. The tailoring is worse than amateur! A professional seamstress has taken a look at it. The mistakes and faults are too numerous to mention but suffice it to say that I wouldn't wear the dress (even if it fitted me which it doesn't!)to a Bad Taste Fancy Dress Party let alone my precious wedding. They will not honour their guarantee so don't be fooled by it. It means nothing! It's not worth the time they took to write it! They will endlessly ask for more "persuasive" photos and measurements and go around in circles changing their mind asking different questions requesting more details (which they already have) They will blame everything on you, your measurements, your photos, your tape measure, your opinion.......anything and anyone rather than accept respsonsibility and honour their promises. All delaying tactics in the hope that you will become so exasperated that you'll give up and go away. They want you to go to a local tailor to fix the problem. I have no idea what the terms of business are in China but for sure here in UK if you pay for something NEW you do not expect to have to go get it fixed! You don't expect to pay almost £200 for a dress which is falling apart, doesn't fit and with unacceptable appalling tailoring. If you buy something which turns out to be faulty, not as described or is unfit for purpose then you have the right to a replacement or refund but these people just don't "get it"! They don't understand that they cannot show you a picture of a dress on their website and then send you something which looks nothing like it because it has been crudely copied, made with the cheapest fabric and very very badly sewn together. Interestingly they will not send fabric samples. They also will not accept Paypal as a method of payment.
They are, however, always polite and I can only presume they have someone there with unlimited time to reply to emails........which I think will go on forever if I had the time too....which I don't! I can see that that they will never accept responsibilty and honour their promises so I will not waste more of my precious time on them. My wedding is in a few weeks and I need to look for a dress (not from them!) I am handing this over to my credit card company now because I have run out of patience with these people. I also ordered 2 boleros to match my dress for my bridesmaids. They were both several sizes too small which dreamprom also won't accept responsibility for even with photographic evidence with a tape measure across them! Buying from dreamprom was the most foolish thing I've ever done and a costly mistake. I will NEVER buy from them or any company in China again! Different culture and different rules. Online shops are almost annonymous so they can sell shoddy goods at inflated prices and get away with it. It's a shame because there are some good legitimate ones out there but this experience has definitely put me off.

Not only will this company not accept any criticism or responsibility for their bad business pratice and substandard goods but when you post a negative review about it they LIE in response!! I have NEVER been offered compensation nor have they ever offered to make another dress. They DO have photographic proof! LOTS of it!! I have spent two weeks replying every day to their ridiculous and unreasonable requests for yet more measurements and more photos! This company deceive you into buying from them and deceive you with their false statements and promises! They take your money and send you a crude copy of the picture on their website which is an ill fitting badly made cheap garment. Then they accuse their customers of lying when they're less than delighted......you really couldn't make this up!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"
"Horrible, horrible, horrible. The dress I ordered is NOT the dress they sent me. I ordered a natural waistline, the dress had an empire waistline. I could go on and on. Whe I tried to return it, they insisted the dress is perfect and even have refused to give my bank (I'm disputing the charge) the return address so that I could return it. They offered to refund me 10% and then offered to refund me 50%. They told me to sell the dress at a dress shop in the U.S. Horrible waste of money, terrible dress - horrible experience. Sneaky, slimy, substandard. Read the return policy - you will NEVER be able to return anything."

"I have had nothing but trouble trying to return a dress that I am not satisfied with. Dreamprom is refusing to accept my return despite pictures, etc. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If you have had similar trouble, I suggest you file a complaint with the FTC too. If enough of us take action, Dreamprom will have to either comply with standard return practices or they will be unable to sell in the US. "Do NOT buy from DreamProm.com for if you experience any problems, these people will NOT honor their guarantee that all garments will fit within a 1 inch margin. Instead they will continuously question your measurements and photos, endlessly responding to your emails with more requests to take new measurements and stock phrases about how they appreciate your business. They will also try to play upon your sympathies begging you to consider that they will have to suffer a loss if you do not keep the garment and never considering the loss of time, money, and goodwill you’ve suffered in dealing with them. There is no one you can talk with about your problems, and they won’t give you a return address or authorization to send back their poor fitting garments. If you are lucky, and only after you’ve become exasperated from communicating with them several dozen times, they may offer you a 20% refund. I ordered a $255 outfit from DreamProm that was made so large it literally fell off of me. I then wasted over 40 hours of my valuable time corresponding with them, measuring myself and the garments, making clear photos of all measurements, having a seamstress re-measure and make photos, and then having a second professional tailor re-measure the garments. All results were the same and confirmed the measurements in my original complaint were correct and that DreamProm made garments incorrectly. My seamstress refused to even try to make the alterations saying they were too substantial for her to effectively handle. While the tailor was willing to attempt the alterations for $125, they feared the outfit would still not fit properly and thus could not give a guarantee. On top of everything else, the garments weren’t even in the same colors I’d ordered. While I could have lived with the white and grey vs. the light grey and dark grey colors ordered, the outfit simply doesn’t fit and can’t be worn. I’m now out $255 and am forced to purchase another outfit for a special occasion. I’ve turned over all my files and photos to VISA and hope they will bring an end to my nightmare with Dreamprom.com!"
"Hi, I ordered this dress for my sister because she loved the lace detail. The dress arrived on time and service was good. However, the lace was NOTHING LIKE IN THE PICTURE. total deception. Very poor quality. Lace motifs are ironed onto the organza and a lot of the are already coming off. Will not buy from here again. I wish I could put a close up picture of the cheap material we received. Very disappointing. Please do not deceive your customers. Very disappointing."
"I am very pleased with these dresses! Not only did they arrive 2 weeks early but they are lovely. They are neatly sewn, with nice, shining fabric. The seams and hems are very neat, the dresses are fully lined with silky fabric and they even have subtle padding in the bust for extra shape. I believe it is unusal to find such dresses in the shops or online for such a reasonable price and I am very impressed. They really do look like the picture, except that mine are a bit longer, just like I asked! I asked to have the skirts lengthened and they were made to my exact specifications with no hassle. My family think they are very elegant and my bridesmaids are happy which is important to me! I have recieved very good service-- I really appreciate all of the follow up emails and calls from the customer service team I have recieved concerning my orders. After my positive experience, I would definitely recommend this to others and I am likely to order again! Thanks very much!!

After I placed the order, I saw a few negative reviews online and started to get concerned that maybe I made a mistake ordering dresses on the computer through a company that I had never heard of before and are based overseas in China. The dresses came in two weeks earlier than I expected and the quality is great. I love them."
