"I totally recommend it! I just got my dress! It's beautiful the material is very nice. It looks just like the one in the picture. Only problem is sizing.. I am 39 bust 32 waist and 41 hips which made me a 12 and a 10. I choose 12 because it was better to fit me big than to fit me small. Don't commit my mistake of being cheap and not paying the extra 15 dollars for a costume made dress. Now I have to send it to a tailor and spend more. Any who the dress is great and the shipping was outstanding I ordered my dress on may 15 and got it today may 28. I did not have to pay any type of tax or extra charge. I totally recommend it and my advise is to make the dress COSTUME MADE. It will make your life easier. I will definitively buy again on this website. "My advice concerning dealing with this company is to exercise caution. If you are fortunate enough to have them fulfill your order accurately, you may be happy with the result. Yet if they do not, you’re guaranteed a painful and frustrating experience extending much longer than necessary. Think carefully about risking your special day garments and if you simply must have what they sell, make sure you have enough time and money to buy elsewhere if the garment they send does not work out.

Along with the imitation designer wedding gown that was very well made but in color and fabric that did not match the advertisement; they sent an unbelievable size 8 matching wrap claiming it was the size 18W ordered. Many electronic exchanges with customer service yielded consistently extremely polite replies steadfastly refusing to admit what had been done. This continued even while I had the evidence in hand and sent then the picture! They subsequently changed my 1/5 star review of the wrap and experience to 5/5 stars before publishing it on their web site and then removed the review altogether. When I sent a similarly rated buyer review to a store-ratings website where they are members, my review was quickly countered and moved downward in the list by what appears another faked 5/5 review claiming exactly opposite what was said in mine.

Since they continued making poor business decisions, a dispute was filed with the financial transaction handler; at which time they realized their tactics were going to cost them. Instead of replying to my dispute, their supervisors and managers began calling in the evenings to unofficially negotiate. They were ultimately referred back to the financial handler and ended up reimbursing just a little more than the price of the wrap. This could have been avoided if they had just done right in the beginning. Until the refund was fully secured, they continued calling and asking me to honor them by changing the review. I agreed and this is that change."
