"Absolutely horrible seller!!! I bought a pair of dance shoes at their website and the only good thing to say about them is that they shipped in good time. The shoe was two sizes two small and yet it was labeled for an American size 8.5 (39). When I contacted the seller they insulted me in writing implying that I did not know European sized shoes That was really strange since I sent them pictures of expensive Italian Ferragamo shoes and American Cole Hahn shoes pictured next to their shoes showing that they were way off in their sizing chart. The seller only offered 10 cents on the dollar for the price of the shoe and only as a coupon to order from them again. When I protested they said I could send the shoes back at my own expense and DID NOT OFFER a pre-paid return label. The price for me to return this to China as a consumer who does not get special manufacturer shipping prices is 10 times the cost of the shoe and their complaint website is only geared to people who bought dresses. They are bad manufacturers and are a running a scam from China. You are better off paying the extra money to go into an American store to buy your shoes. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESS FIRST.
AUG 6th. they posted a reply below: >>We are sorry to hear that the shoes are small for you. We do apologize for any possible inconvenience caused. We always make shoes according to our size chart. For your shoes, they are made in European size 39, the foot length should be 9.6 inches>> No.1. They posted here but never got in touch with me with any solution (they are just trying to make it look like they are solving the problem). No.2. European Shoes such as the one I photographed measure almost 10" and the standard tables for such shoes show they should be at least 9.85" (almost 10") for American Size 8.5" - Dress First shoe measures only 9 and 2/16" and only if you curve the tape up the heel where the tape should not be, so it is no where near the size needed and my toes hang off the front of the shoe! "
