"I bought a dress which charged me right away, and regardless of their website saying most items ship within 48h from your payment, I haven’t heard from them anything for longer than 72h. After that I sent an inquiry email asking what happened to my order. I also had another mysteriois thing that my shipping method was downgraded from Expedited to Standard in my order confirmation email, which I triple checked and I still qualified for Expedited. I also included that qiestion in the same email.
2 days from that email, in stead of answering my questions, a customer rep sent me an email saying that the item is out of stock and it’ll take for 10-12business days to restock.
First of all, what kind of website are you to sell items if the item is out of stock. Second of all, they gave me no apologies.
The rep’s poor English sentences I decoded was apparenly asking if I want to wait.
I responded right away that I sent questions few days before, and that I want to speak to supervisor. Then next day a different person emails me pretty much saying the same thing, my question regarding the shipping method still unanswered. Better a little but still poor English.
I even requested an upgrade on my shipping from Expedited to Express, because I wasted 10days by the time I had all responses.
Then the second rep girl asked me if I want the same dress but one size bigger and they can ship it at once. EXCUSE ME?
Anyway. Long story short I requested a refund which took another 8business days for some odd reasons.
Don’t ever shop with them!!!!"

"I ordered a coat from this company in March. It was 3 sizes too small. At first, they asked a ton of questions about wanting to return it. Then they asked me to take pictures of the coat. Then they wanted me to keep the entirely too small coat for a "partial refund". Then after at least 10 emails, they agreed to return it. Then it took at least 10 more emails asking for a return label. Finally i sent the coat to somewhere in Los Angeles and then they agreed to refund my money, except they didn't. They put the refund in some "wallet" that is a scam to buy more of their disgusting products. I did not ask for a CREDIT , I asked for a REFUND of which they said they would give me. After about 20 more emails, guess what? Their IT department is unable to give me a refund because i didn't PICK which option to get a refund!!! (i wasn't given a choice). So this scam company stole 53 dollars from me and will not give it back. I have at least 50 emails from this scam company. I would be happy to forward them to anyone. Just ask. I do not want other people to lose any money to this extremely shady and illegal company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking about starting a support group on line since there are thousands of us that have been affected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered two dresses from dresslink us. I can't find them. On the order page it states they have been shipped. I have no expected date, no way to track my order, and have not found anyway to contact them. They should have arrived by now.
After reading all trouble others have experienced with them, I now doubt I will ever
receive my "dresses.". I'll wait a few more days,
then open a dispute against them. Capital One can take care of it. I have no desire to fight them.

"I bought a few dresses for an event and am unable to locate return information for items that do not fit. It is advertised on their website “free returns” but they sure make it difficult for customers to do so with no contact information or clear return policy outlined. Very disappointed, and hope someone can help. I can’t even provide the invoice number here on this review because it’s not listed on the shipping slip. Provided is the shipment reference number. Horrible experience."
"I paid for "Free" return shipping but nowhere on their site does it give you a way to print out a return shipping label, and they don't even give you the return shipping address. I've sent multiple emails and do not get any response. Stay away."

"I ordered a shirt in XXL and they sent me a medium, they want to refund 1/2 the money and me keep the shirt, what am i going to do with a shirt that doesn't fit me or anyone for that matter. When i refuse they tell me i can pay to ship it back, ummm NO. I refuse, then they ask for pics of the item, I send them, then they tell me, I didn't buy insurance on it, so its on me. Insurance was not an option at the time of purchase and anyway why should i have to do all this, they made the mistake. "Sell knock offs even though my invoice shows the name brand. Shipping is ridiculous, packaging was completely trashed upon arrival as items where just shipped from China in a bag. Customer service is a joke only offering a small rebate and only increasing it by $1 every time I refused. Demanded a full refund as item could not be gifted which was the purpose of the order. They stated a refund would be given when they received the items back in China at my expense. I'm not spending another dime or another minute on this garbage. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and avoid buying anything from them."
"Communication with them is awful. the claimed phone number on their website, either doesn't work or is completely useless. I had to wait over a month to get my item. The package of one of the items was completely damaged because they send in packaging that isn't a box so there is no protection for your items. It takes multiple days for communication through email with them. I also had to wait an entire week just for them to "restock" the item, and if I had known I would have to wait all that time just for a fake, I would have had them refund it, if they actually would since it seems like they like to rip people off from other complaints. I honestly wish this company would burn to the ground since they are a joke. "boris" isn't even boris, it would be a different story if they posted accurate pictures but they don't at all. The hair color is more of a white yellow on the blue monkey, and the packaging shows happy monkey and then has a fake fingerling box labeled for the pink/red monkey when I got the black one. Again, awful overall experience. Out of all my years having to deal with Christmas shopping, these guys have become #1 with worst experience. "
