this company is dreadful
"Communication with them is awful. the claimed phone number on their website, either doesn't work or is completely useless. I had to wait over a month to get my item. The package of one of the items was completely damaged because they send in packaging that isn't a box so there is no protection for your items. It takes multiple days for communication through email with them. I also had to wait an entire week just for them to "restock" the item, and if I had known I would have to wait all that time just for a fake, I would have had them refund it, if they actually would since it seems like they like to rip people off from other complaints. I honestly wish this company would burn to the ground since they are a joke. "boris" isn't even boris, it would be a different story if they posted accurate pictures but they don't at all. The hair color is more of a white yellow on the blue monkey, and the packaging shows happy monkey and then has a fake fingerling box labeled for the pink/red monkey when I got the black one. Again, awful overall experience. Out of all my years having to deal with Christmas shopping, these guys have become #1 with worst experience."
