"I`m writing this on 05.02.2016 AND I haven`t received my order from Friday 27 November, 2015!
I`ve ordered from this site so many times! Of course there were orders that I didn`t receive so I asked for my money back. Two years ago there was no problem - If I hadn`t received my order they refunded me without SO much questioning. Now I`m waiting for an orded that was sent 3 (!) months ago (of course it stil hasn`t arrived) and this is what I get in return:
"Dear,thank you so much for your email ,Now I will check your parcel with the address and call the post office ,open a case with them to find out your parcel . The check will takes about 8 to 16 days ,please kindly understand .
If the post office checked out that your parcel has lost on the way ,we will full refund you about your order item fee ;if the post office checked out your parcel has received by you and you still ask about it ,they will ask you to Compensation for the cost of the investigation and Take full responsibility to investigate responsibility. thank you .

Are they f*cking serious?! So I lied about my missing item?! What?! Oh, and since when do I owe my post office compensation??? :D :D And this is NOT the first time they tried to accuse me of lying and they don`t want to refund me. I`ve been waiting for this order for 3 months and this is what I get...
I like the price of the items and that`s why I still order from their site. I even told my friends about it (and my friend also hasn`t received her orders; she keeps calling me to ask me what to do...). If this behaviour towards the clients goes on I`ll STOP ordering from them forever!"

"I am very dissatisfied with the shipping process of my orders. Previously when I ordered I had went with a UPS delivery and gotten approximately 7 - 10 days. This time I went with the China delivery which by the way should be free because they still charge me $14 and change and I still have yet to receive it and I was told it was shipped out December 30th! And she said it takes 10 to 25 days I should have had my first order by now! My second order wasn't shipped out till January 7th but that also should be arriving shortly! I have a big wish list and I want to order more things especially for the winter but until I receive what I've already ordered I'm not going to do that! I should be compensated for my delivery not being here yet at least something for free or free FedEx delivery next time because I was tired an awful lot for delivery China Post for it still not to be here! "I ordered items for 50 dollars and paid shipping by FEDEX 26 dollars. FEDEX delivered my order only to our capital city, where are borders. No to me. They wanted from me more 10€ to bring my order to me, also fee tax (which I count with). So I refused and dresslink.com dont want to gave me my money back. I was willing to take back only money from items, not for shipment. When I order items by air mail, everithing was always fine. And my order came to my city. But I needed this order earlier, so I paid for FEDEX and this is what is happend. Dresslink still keep writing me, contact FEDEX. But they dont mirically stop asking me for more money. SO DONT BUY ANITHING FROM DRESSLINK. They are DISHONEST! And I dont have any money and any items."
