"Dresslink sent me a damage item. After I informed them, they asked me to take some pictures of the damaged item. I did that, and then they offered me $2, like that is supposes to fix the problem. It's not rocket science. The way to fix this problem is to send out an undamaged replacement of the item. But that is too much common sense for these people. If the $2 offer was not insulting enough, these people asked me to send the damaged item back to them, AT MY EXPENSE. Just when I think these people cannot get more ridiculous and unreasonable, they have the temerity to expect me to pay the return shipping, for their damaged item. These people at DressLink, do not even understand simple customer service. They have no clue how to keep a customer satisfied, to retain that customer. Anyway, I will be writing my review on other social media about this company, and recommend others avoid doing business with these people. What a joke of a company! Notice that DressLink's representative, used the same robotic response, by cutting and pasting the same reply, to all negative reviews here. That should tell you something about this company. They cannot be bother to even write a sincere and original reply to a customer. Their method of operation is very simple - Send out damaged goods. Ask customer to take pictures of damaged goods. Offer an offensive cash settlement, like that is supposes to resolve all problems. Ask customer to pay for return shipping for their damaged goods. Frustrate the customer into submission, so they will give up, and just accept the damaged goods. It's shortsighted of Dresslink, by peddling damaged goods to me, they may have made a short term income, but they certainly lost a loyal customer in me, since I will never do business with them again.
