"THIS SITE IS A FRAUD!

I have already told all my family and friends to avoid this site since it is a scam. I ordered a large order in 2nd of July, and till now I still have not received it! They did something with the package's information so that it would be shipped out then returned back to them again. I have since asked for a refund in DL points, or for them to ship out order using express shipping again so that it would reach me, but they completely ignored my request, which leads me to believe that this site is a scam!
