"I placed an order in October of 2019 and realized I never received the order so requested a refund. An ethical company would have issued a refund as soon as the order was returned to sender but instead I received the following response (which is a direct quote):
“How do you wait three months after you ordered to first contact us. Then your first contact is that you want a refund. COMMUNICATE.”

"I placed an order online from Dr. Gruberman for a certain homeopathic remedy. I placed my order on 6/14/19, my order was processed and money withdrawn from my account on 6/17/19, and I received an email on that same date letting me know it had processed and I would be receiving tracking info from stamps dot com. By 6/26/19, I had received no communication from Dr Gruberman company, so I called the number provided on the email. I let the gal who answered the phone know what had happened, and she placed me on hold to check the order. She got back on the line saying that they had refunded my money and asked me “so what’s your problem?” I was taken aback, because I was still expecting to receive my order. Apparently not. I kept her on the phone while I checked my account, and sure enough, they had refunded me on 6/19/19. I asked why no body had communicated with my regarding my order, and first she said “well you should have been checking your account” and then she simply said “we always send an email when we do a refund” which oddly enough, I still have never received. Interesting tactics for retaining customers. I won’t be ordering from these guys again."
"In February I called Dr.Guberman's 800 number to ask for assurance that the products I wanted were in stock. I had been searching everywhere online without success, hearing only about back orders. Karen said the products were on hand, and she could get them on the way to me that day. I received them in 2 days, priority mail, free ship, with tracking. Karen was so polite and helpful, warm and friendly as well. Everything turned out great, and I will buy from Dr. Guberman's offices in the future. I would also recommend their good services to a friend. "

"Placed order on 5/20, they charged my card immediately. Ten days later I sent and email asking where the product is; no response. After 2 weeks I called. "Customer Service" told me that things were backordered one of my orders went out today, they sent me an email to confirm. No email. She told me I was wrong. "The email went out." Dr. Guberman got on the phone and I share, respectfully, that I was simply sharing that the email isn't being generated. He asked: What do you want: I shared that it would be beneficial to communicate with customers, particularly since they had already taken my money. Dr. Guberman's response: "I didn't take your money, and don't order from us again." AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME! Well I can assure you I won't!
Ten minutes later "Customer Service" called me to yell at me. I will admit this time I was not as respectful.

I sent a request about my order and received a reply that the order will be shipped on Monday, 12/04/2017. By the evening I did not receive the shipping notification. "I placed an order for two bottles of vitamins that the website stated were in stock. A week later I received an email saying it was intact not in stock and that the manufacturer had discontinued production of the item. They suggested a similar product but I declined and requested a refund. They followed up by emailing me saying, I quote "It sounds like now that it is not made you will not take it. It is still recommended to take an alternative." For a second time I explained that I was not interested and to please place the refund. Additionally I called and requested the refund, at which time they said they would process it the same day. Nothing!! Thankfully I was protected by PayPal. Dont waste you time with this seller!"
"I have been doing business with www.drguberman.com since its inception. No company is perfect but www.drguberman.com is as good as it gets! All companies make errors, that's a fact of life. Karen their office manager is on the ball, organized and very professional. They have always made a wrong a right! If a product is opened, there is no returning it -- read their online return policy. Their products are made from high quality ingredients and are stored appropriately up to delivery.
I am happy to consider www.drguberman.com one of my favorite vendors to do business with. "
"Keep your money and run from this charlatan. I ordered Curaderm from Guberman's website which said it was in stock and ready for delivery. He took my $144 and never sent the medication. I called the 800 number, left a message, and haven't heard back yet. Fortunately, I used PayPal. After 2.5 weeks without response from Guberman, I contacted PayPal and lodged a complaint. After 10 days without response from seller, PayPal returned my money. PayPal would do well to preserve its reputation and discontinue servicing this crook."

I ordered items in Jan, they charged me, immediately, never received them, made multiple inquiries by email and phone with no action. My request for a refund was ignored .
