Unfortunately, the Vit B12 that I ordered tastes terrible (to me) and when I spoke to Karen about it on the phone, she said that "she sells 1000s of them and no one had ever complained". I find this very hard to believe as even my husband said it tasted bad, and he'll eat anything! Their policy is no returns, so I probably will not continue to order from them. It is unfortunate as I still need to order Vit B12 elsewhere. Waste of time and money.

Karen wrote that I did not ask for a return but also stated that only "unopened" bottles are eligible for return. How could I know I didn't like the taste if I didn't open the bottle! Her response does not make sense to me."
