"After placing my order I didn't hear anything for 10 days even though they had charged my credit card the day I placed the order. I used online chat with customer service to check the status of my order - they said they would send me an email with my order status. I waited 4 hours but still did not receive an email listing my order status. I then called customer service and got the same rep I had chatted with. She told me she still did not have a status for my order but she would send me an email as soon as she had the status "from the warehouse guy" (I guess customer service has no way to check their sales system for the status of an order - they have to send an email to whoever processes the orders.) I waited the rest of the day but still did not receive a status for my order.
Everything turned out OK, because the next day I got an email saying my order had shipped, and the product eventually arrived OK.
I would still be hesitant to purchase from DrillSpot again because I felt if I had not contacted them twice about my order status I don't now when/if I would have received what I ordered."
