"I ordered a special adapter for my reciprocating saw that lots of vendors had on their sites but almost none of them could deliver it in a timely fashion. DrillSpot not only had the product but it arrived via UPS the very next day! Granted, the package was shipped from a warehouse about 100 miles away but I still think that is pretty good since I selected the cheapest shipping option. Currently, Drill Spot's web-based ordering system does not allow the buyer to specify whether the purchase is taxable or not. It is a hassle having to request a refund of sales tax on every purchase. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, they seemed uninterested in correcting the problem. This was disappointing, because their customer service is otherwise pretty good."
