"King Air 20" 3-Speed Whole House Fan

1. Shipping box held together with one (1)plastic strap, no staples, glue, or tape. No styrofoam. When it arrived the box no longer ressembled a box?
2. The fan appears to be used, an had been already installed into a window before. It had scratched paint where it must of rubbed against a window sill. Rubber insulators that insulate the side panels, 3 are missing (also 3 screws are missing). These are held into place by adhesive strips on the back of them, well the 5 that were in the box had been installed, then uninstalled (unstuck) and thrown back in the box to collect all kinds of debris and crap? No longer able to adhere to any surface.
3. Fan had a dent in the bottom metal rail?
Very unhappy with this purchase. There is a reason this item is $50 cheaper than anywhere else, it appears to be a poor example of a refurb. I never buy refurbs, but this fan runs as expected. Come on Drillspot if it's a refurd than call it a refurb! Come on Drillspot !!! Unbelievable!!! "
