"Drillspot: Well-organized site with consistently good prices and excellent service. For the detail people: Order placed 11PM Wednesday arrived via $6 UPS Ground Friday Noon. Two molded plastic fan propellers at 53¢ each = WAY affordable replacement of Holmes window fan propellers (dried out plastic --> brittle / broken blades), that Holmes 'service' hotline reports they "don't make anymore" (ever?). Instead Holmes rep tried to sell me a new fan with half the features of my trusty old HAWF-2085T. Had to modify the Thorgren 6.625" propellers with push-on hubs (#7 drill, then 1/4-20 tap, trim the excess hub height to clear the rear grills), but should be good to go for a second decade of use. Near the base of a single blade on one the two propellers is the ghost of a stress fracture (arrived via UPS that way) I hope will not evolve to full-blown crack anytime soon."
