"Very pleased with the company. No hiccups during the ordering process. The product was delivered on time, properly packaged, and as advertised. And who can argue with $0 shipping costs? As for the product itself, I tested this thermometer at 7 equal intervals between 200 and 575 degrees on my fairly new commercial grade oven. The maximum deviation was 5 degrees with most of them right on. I did not use specific testing equipment so if there are inaccuracies at least my new oven and this thermometer are equally wrong! On the down side, the thermometer has an outside metal rim which makes it difficult to read the fahrenheit settings which are on the very outside edge of the display. In fact, I had to view from BELOW the thermometer to verify temperatures in the 300-400 deg range. It is also very light and the base isn't as wide as I would like which made it awkward to remove using an oven mitt. Having said that, I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and this item. "
