"Received 2-32 oz spray bottles of degreaser in just 3 days.Price was the best on the web and the product performs as advertised. I use the degreaser for cleaning the inside of my glass doors on my closed fireplace. After a month or so, the creosote starts to cake on the glass. A few sprays of the citrus dedreaser, wait a few minutes and then repeat, and the creosote comes off with a plastic spatula with ease.

I don't like the fact that I need to sign in and become a member just to rate the product. Because of this, I will down grade the number of stars. The product is great, the survey is too much and too busy. Took me longer to fill out the survey then it did to order the product."

"The item received did not match the item shown on your web site. The nipple required to connect to my torch was missing. I had to make a 50-mile trip to Carson City get it. It was only a $3 part, but essential for the connection I needed. At least that solved the problem, but what a hassle!
