One element for improvement - as a reseller of large and high-dollar power tools, their product teams need to better understand how an item is shipped. I specifically asked as to what components of my table saw I would need to assemble, and I was assured that I only needed to attached the top unit to the stand. As it turned out, the only thing I did not need to assemble was the saw motor to the housing, and the iron top. Everything else required assembly.

All was forgiven though, as I received free delivery and it arrived next day in perfect condition - just as they stated it would. My time to assemble everything was offset by the savings of $154.00 shipping costs not spent!
