When the Little Giant Flush Deck Wagon Truck was delivered two weeks later, it arrived in damaged condition necessitating (and in fact UPS Freight suggested that we refuse) we refuse delivery. DrillSpot rather than reordering for us said they would refund our money because they could not guarantee that another order would not also arrive damaged. ????
