"I ordered a pet carrier from DrillSpot. It was the best quality pet carrier I've seen and at an excellent price. The size listed on the site was incorrect, so I had to return the carrier. When I e-mailed DrillSpot about the incorrect listed size, they apologised and had Fedex pick up the carrier at my front door three days later. They refunded my money immediately (my credit card company listed the refund a couple of days ago).

DrillSpot was fast, efficient, courteous and helpful -- they gave me the manufacturer's phone number so I could try to locate the larger size I needed. "Well priced and quality product"

"My experience with DrillSpot was mostly positive but there are a few things you should know.

The first is that DrillSpot is strictly a storefront as far as I can tell. My items shipped directly from Grainger. I suspect your items will drop ship from whatever source they resell it from.

The second is that they charge a 15% restocking fee. I was unaware of that and for that alone I would never give them five stars.

The third is that I don't know what they do, but their emails are unreadable in my mail client and they show up as SPAM. Someone doesn't know what they are doing in their IT department.

Other:
My two items ($10 and $5) shipped very quickly in separate 6' boxes that were three feet longer than the items inside. This must have cost someone a fortune, but it was free shipping for me. Unfortunately the brush did not fit into the holder as both parts are specified with OD dimensions. Grainger does it that way on their site as well. I fully accept that it was my fault but there really isn't a way to tell what brush fits into what holder unless you are more familiar with the product or make guesses. It would probably cost me at least $5 to ship this $5 part back.

So, If you know what you want and are willing to eat your mistakes, Drillspot would be great. I would recommend buying straight from Grainger if you think you might have to return an item locally.

Why two stars? Confusing specifications on their Tanis products left me with two parts that don't work together with no solution but to throw this part away, guess which larger part will fit, and order it. As a result, I am "somewhat dissatisfied". Not mad, but not satisfied."
