"Bought these click, dry-erase markers as a gift. I was happy with the shipping package, shipping time, & very happy with the price including shipping (If I remember correctly, there was no extra charge for that). I didn't try the pens before giving them, but trust they will work very well. They're supposed to last longer than most, not drying out so quickly because of the click design. I bought them for a traveling pastor teacher. Almost every place he teaches, their markers are dried out. I would order from DrillSpot again. :) c "

"Although the item was shipped quickly, the item was shipped to me as though they took it off of the shelf and slapped a shipping sticker on it. The item was not shipped in a brown box, only the box the manufacturer packs it in to sell. Not only was the item left on the walk in the rain with the picture and item description and all other information on display, the box was intended as a gift, and now I am going to be giving a soggy gift with postage stickers on it. Luckily it wasn't stolen and the recipient did not walk by it. This was definitely not a pleasing Holiday shopping experience. "
