Ordered a hundred mugs for a promotion third week of December, and they were in hand less than a week later - no rush shipping or production needed!
Their production department did a great job working with me on my design so I could see the final product before they even sent it to print. After an issue I had with a different vendor and a bottle wrap not being quite centered on both sides, I was a little worried but they took great care of me. Product itself looks slick as heck in hand, and the price was a dime cheaper a unit than their next nearest competitor.
