Ordering was extremely easy and fast - everything was done online followed up an email from an actual person (not an automated email!) asking me specific questions about what artwork I wanted printed, the sizing, colors, etc. Once I submitted the desired artwork, someone from the graphics team provided me with "proofs" - pictures of what the actual bottle will look like with the artwork printed on them. From there, we went back and forth making changes to the bottle color, layout of the artwork, etc. After approving the proof, I was informed about the estimated delivery date, etc.

One thing that really surprised me (besides the customer service) was the cost! Cost was extremely affordable and there were no hidden charges - Steve was very honest about cost and did not press me into purchasing the more expensive options, printing, colors, etc.

Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant and reassuring - it was my first time placing an order from Drink Branders but I felt confident that they will deliver exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be relying on them for my next batch of promotional bottles! "
