"I am very dissatisfied because the starter I received is actually a bad starter. After the mechanic spent hours trying to get it to work, the starter only starts 1 in every 8 turns of the key. I would like a refund or discount. It cost me 100 dollars to put the starter on so I would like a reimbursement of some sort.

"lets see, first they wanted to charge way too much to ship to Hawaii, so I had it shipped to my father in California. Well that caused a problem because they couldn't or wouldn't ship to a different adress than billing. Then why have seperate billing and shipping choices? then after finally getting them to ship to California, they returned an email saying that they were out of stock.
