I LIKE WHAT DRIVEWIRE HAS SET UP ONLINE YOU THINK WHAT YOU CAN FIND WHAT YOU NEED BUT WHEN IT COMES IN ITS ANYTHING BUT THAT. WOULD BE NICE IF THEY COULD KEEP THAT MASSIVE INVENTORY UPDATED SO THAT WHEN YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR ITEMS YOU DONT RECEIVE AN EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER STATING ITS OUT OF STOCK AND YOU'LL RECEIVE A REFUND, THAT DOES NOT HELP OUT AT ALL WHEN YOU HAVE WORK TO DO. "I canceled my first on-line order from Drivewire within an hour and a half after ordering. Over 20 hours later an email arrived stating that the order was complete and being shipped.
It seems that 20 hours should have been plenty of time to cancel the order. A few days ago, even before receiving the goods, I emailed Drivewire asking for a refund including shipping. A response has yet to arrive from Drivewire.
The purchase was only about $14 plus $11 for shipping and handling. So it was arguably a cheap lesson to avoid purchasing anything further from Drivewire."
