"Customer service is very poor. They don't know their merchandise, nor who they get it from. I was shocked after placing my order to learn that the parts are shipped from who knows who. Your order is broken up and depending on what you order, it gets shipped from different places. No wonder there is such a high handling and shipping charge. Also the item I really needed was out of stock so the other little items I purchased to make the shipping worthwhile, ended up being more expensive, bec. of the handling than if I would have bought somewhere else. The 877 number to call gets you to someone overseas. I don't know about you but it's hard to understand them and they don't know jack from jill. I'm not crazy about the experience and now, I'm thinking the parts quality is reflective, of well the price... kinda you get what you pay for?? I tried calling their 877 number to see if there was a replacement supplier for the part and was on hold for 20 min. and actually called them back again and yup, no replacement part. The CSR said it might be back in stock in 3-4 weeks so place an order again...."
