"I am in the philippines and my chevy van blew a head gasket This site was recommended. ordered parts notified not in stock. I cancelled the whole order but they shipped a thermostat $5.85 part and charged $60 to ship it.. The $60 was shipping 2 day for the whole order. I sent 6 cancel order notice to DW before the part went out. I had my friend in Florida who is going to DHL me the parts; refused delivery and it was sent back. I am hoping for a full refund on part and shipping, if not I will file a dispute with Credit card company for Fraud. Please make sure you guys do the right thing and refund my money/...... Thanks"
