"I need to return an item. I filled out the online form, it doesn't tell me where to send it. I hit the contact us flag on the web page: no response. I called the phone number on the website, I had difficulty understanding the individual who answered. She kept giving me the web address. I e-mailed the customer service address on the invoice: no response. I guess I'll mail back to the distribution address. Based on this experience, I bet that will be another exercise in futility. Too bad, because the shipping and selection were pretty decent, but I am now frustrated and will not shop here again."
