"i asked for help regarding a past order of the same product and never received a response back-trying to confirm was this the same thing i ordered before-ends up it was not and to ship it back will cost almost as much as the price-my fault for not making exactly sure but i would have liked someone to look it up having ordered it before-strange thing the item is listed twice with 2 different pictures but is the same item-i thought one was a 15" and a 16"- thanks anyway Wayne "

"Awful, just plain awful. I have requested an RMA# in order to return a part which does not fit my vehicle. There was no indication on the outside packaging that it wouldn't fit only on the instructions within. They only give you 30 days to return something. I have made 2 requests for a return, absolutely, positively not a peep out of them, totally unresponsive. I dispute the claim with paypal, again no response whatsoever. The complaint has been escalated and still no response. Buy your parts elsewhere or pray you don't need to return it.

*** Update - So they did respond to this rating and comment here, they got me an RMA number and then after the return a prompt refund. I do wish the website form worked in the first place though.

"I ordered a 2000 Toyota Camry CE passenger side Replacement Headlight Assembly; I did receive the unit within two days; however I should have ordered a Replacement Front Turn Signal Assembly. I did submit an email via your Contact page asking for help in exchanging the "sent unit" for the "needed unit" but have no response. I did check on your website for the Replacement Front Turn Signal Assembly - but only the Drivers Side Replacement Front Turn Signal Assembly was listed. I have since located this part at another vendor and will be returning your unit.
Otherwise, your service was good.
