"Boooooooooooooo!! I ordered 3 items from Dr. Vita and received them relatively quickly. However, there was an item missing from the package. When I emailed customer service to let them know, they claimed to have sent an email on the day of the order that the missing item was out of stock. I went back and reviewed my emails SEVERAL times to be sure that it was not my error and I had not missed it and mistakenly overlooked it. NOPE, wasn't me, there was no email sent to me regarding the missing item and now I will not have it for the procedure I am having at the end of this week. Short story long, never again."
