"I just ordered from Dr.Vita for the first time because here in Alberta, Canada, I can't always get the different bars I like. The price for these bars was excellent, and the shipping time was resonable. It cost me $24 for shipping charges, but I was aware of that at the time of purchase, and in whole, the order still cost less than buying from around here. It was delivered today by UPS, and I had to pay an additional $48 to them for brokerage fees. I have no complaints about Dr.Vita, but Canadians beware....between shipping and brokerage fees, unfortunately your order will double in cost. This is not the fault of Dr.Vita however."

One was returned back by stupid UPS service that claimed no one signed for the package and they came for 3 times. I called the company to resend it but they didn't want to resend it and charged me for 20% restocking fee. That's ridiculous coz it's not my fault. Another order I've been waiting for it coz they said it was there already but I didn't see any. I tried to call and hard to reach them again. It's horrible service and online order experience for me.
